Marches and Rallies for Human Rights Day

Manila Philippines--Full force of leftists groups and victims of abuses under the regime of PGMA held a protest marches and rallies at towns in Metro Manila in celebration of 60th Human Rights Day
Speakers and protesters shouted for human rights violation, stop political killings, harassments and justice for all victims of state repression.
Police said that if protester beat their line they would be dispersed.
The protest marches and rallies were started in the morning at welcome Rotonda and ended in Morayta Manila at 4 pm.

Childrens Rally in Mendiola
"No to human rights violation", was the shout of rally last Saturday morning in Mendiola, Manila.
The said rally were organized by the join force of some local party lists such as Gabriela, SALINLAHI, ANAKPAWIS and Migrant International to name a few. With the special participation of children from different community in Quezon City.
"Ang nais namin ay ipakita sa mga mamamayan ang paghihirap ng mga bata. . . at wakasan ang pagpapahirap ng Rehimeng Arroyo", said Alfons Rivera, the officer-in-charge of SALINLAHI. He was one of the organizer of the rally.
The rally was started at 9:00 Am in Bustillos and ended up at 12:00 PM in Mendiola Manila.
